Rrezearta Reka
Has a Masters Degree in Public Policy and Management, (University of Pittsburgh). She is also a teaching assistant at the Department of Public Administration, (SEEU Tetova, Macedonia). Previously, she headed the Department of Citizen Relations (CPS) and cooperated closely with NDI in the area of Legislative Support. Ms. Rekas expertise includes reforms in public administration; innovations in public management; application of performance management in the public sector; citizen participation in local governance authorities; effective tools for strategic management; the process of public policy and program evaluation. Her published works include Political Ideology in Profilization of Political Parties (November, 2006, Prishtina); Inter-ethnic Relations, Early Warning Report, UNDP, (June-September, 2006, Prishtina) and Increasing Citizen Participation for UNIVERSITAS, (October, 2005, in Vienna and Tetova). Ms. Reka is currently working as a CBF advisor at the Office for Coordination of International Cooperation and Regional Dialogue, Office of the Prime Minister.
