Ms. Selvete Dibrani
Lawyer, holds an MA on Human Rights and Democratisation from the University of Bologna and University of Sarajevo. internship accomplished in Albanian Human Rights Centre, Tirana in the field of Human Rights. Ms. Dibrani has solid working experience in the field of legislation, policy making and capacity building, having worked for both national and international organization in Kosovo. Ms. Dibrani is assisting the Ministry of Local Government Administration in the capacity of an advisor.
