Juliana Latifi, PhD in Juridical Science
Her background includes extensive working experience in the Albanian Parliament as a Senior Legal Expert on Legislative Drafting and Parliamentary Development. Ms. Latifi is also a Professor of Private (Civil) Law in the Faculty of Law, Tirana University. Her professional contribution includes writing and publishing of several law books that are used as part of the official syllabus in the Universities of Albania. Ms. Latifi was engaged as a CBF advisor at the Kosovo Institute for Cultural Monument Protection, Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports.
