Elda Hysenllari
Is a graduate of Foreign Language Faculty, English Department, University of Tirana. She speaks fluent English, Italian and French. Her previous experience with OSCE in Albania and the Political & Economic Office, US Embassy in Tirana, have exposed her to a range of issues including foreign policy, regional development issues, government and parliamentary activity, human rights and religious communities, military initiatives, developments related to NATO enlargement, etc. The Department of State awarded her with a Superior Merit Award for her contribution to the mission. Ms. Hysenllari is currently working as advisor to Office of Public Safety (OPS), Office of Prime Minister.
