Vasillaq Leno
A Doctor of Engineering Sciences, Ph.D. in Energy, has over 20 years of experience, particularly in the areas of energy, industrial development, public sector institutional development, and banking and finance. Dr.Leno has been consulting in a number of countries in different parts of the world including Eastern Europe (Albania and Kosovo), Asia (India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Bhutan, and Maldives), and Africa (South Africa, Namibia, Zambia, and Lesotho). His areas of expertise include institutional development of public sector organisations; design and development of capacity building programme; industrial development; public investment programming and financing, donor aid coordination and leveraging; energy policy and strategy development; power sector reform and restructuring, energy efficiency and renewable energy; European integration; programme and project formulation, appraisal, financing, and implementation; and banking and finance. Currently, Dr.Leno is assisting the Ministry of Energy and Mining, in the capacity of a coach.
